Do you struggle with shoulder pain and discomfort? Learn how to implement intelligent corrective exercises into strength training to target, balance and strengthen your problem areas. This workshop will teach you which muscle groups to target and which exercises to progress in when dealing with shoulder discomfort. These effective strategies will help you improve your strength training and program efficiency and is great for people with or without shoulder problems.
