When working with you one-on-one, we will first do a movement assessment, consisting of isolated joint movements, strength & balance tests to identify your weak links. Then we will formulate a personalized movement + strength training plan to help you progress towards your goals.
Different coaching packages are available to suit your goals and needs. Coaching is available on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Personalized strength programs are prescribed in between coaching sessions.
