When working with you one-on-one, we will first do a mobility assessment to target your weak links, and then we will formulate a personalized movement + strength training plan to build mobility, gain range-of-motion & strength in any compromised areas, and move you towards your goals.
Introductory Assessment: $60 (90 minutes)
6-Session Package: $360 - 90 minutes/session
